Return and Refund Policy

At Caring People Rescue, we value your commitment to learning lifesaving skills. To ensure fair and consistent practices for all participants, please review our registration and refund policy:

• Refunds may be requested within 3 business days of registration.
   
• After 3 business days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
   

• Each participant is allowed one reschedule under special circumstances (such as illness, emergency, or unforeseen conflicts).
   
• Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class.
   
• To request a reschedule, please email us at info@caringpeoplerescue.com.
   
• Reschedules are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our staff.
   

• Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior communication will result in forfeiture of registration fees.
   

• In the rare event that Caring People Rescue must cancel or reschedule a class, participants will be given the option to attend another session at no additional cost.
